Just found my request form, and it’s juicy, want to read it?
Contrary to common belief, leaders reaching out for Exec Coaching are not usually struggling, it’s not a sign of weakness, though of course, they can usually come up with a million and one things they could use some support, guidance and better thinking on – they’re spinning so many plates.
Most leaders looking for a coach are usually a little bored, unfulfilled and wondering “is THIS it?”. Now I'm not saying they haven’t got enough on, enough challenges, and they don’t enjoy their work, they do, BUT there must be something else, another level of fulfilment, enjoyment and success, and given how incredibly busy they are:
leading their team
managing the P&L
keeping stakeholders happy, and
fighting the constant fires…
Where’s the time and space to ponder the next step, the bigger picture, the unrealised potential?
Because life is squeezed as it is right? Any extra time away from the 80-hour business-as-usual week should be spent with family, friends and those hobbies we used to have…so that bigger picture, that space we need to see the wood from the trees and truly make something of our professional lives and leadership, will wait another year…then another….
Or is it time to do something about it?
This was me in September 2019.
According to the Exec Coaching request form I just found, I knew I had the best job in the world, a great team, lots of impact, AND I was starting to get bored of the repetitive challenges; the new scary ones coming less often. I wanted more reward and recognition for working my ass off. Oh and more sex, better sleep and more quality time with friends and family.
Sound like anyone you know?
This feels edgy to do, but here’s that form I filled out back in 2019, which led me to work with a coach, and I have NEVER LOOKED BACK. If you read it, and it stirs something in you to explore your next level of success, here’s my version of that form.

There we go, I’ve been super vulnerable letting you in on why I reached out to an Executive Coach, and it changed my life, career, business, relationships and overall happiness. I still have a 1-2-1 coach now, six years later, as I’m still and always will be up for finding that next level of success, impact, joy and fulfilment.
Your turn, fill out these questions and we’ll talk, I have your back, don’t wait another year, we got this.
Impactfully Yours
