Want More Energy?

Want more Energy?

Last week’s Masterclass delved into what leading with Ease and Energy meant for each participant.

If you’d love to lead with more Ease - check out last week’s blog and see what resonates.

This week we’ll focus on energising your leadership.

Conventionally defined as: ‘the strength and vitality required for sustained physical or mental activity’

I prefer: ‘a person’s spirit and rigour’

My word for it? Aliveness!

How do you know when you’re ALIVE?

It’s a feeling. And it feels F*cking Glorious.

Others can see it in our shining eyes.

And feel the vibes, it’s magnetic for those open to it.

What’s the opposite of energy?

Apathy, lethargy, lack and dispiritedness were words that resonated with me.

No shining eyes, glorious feelings or magnetic vibes there.

So what helps you spend more time with the pilot light on, full of aliveness?

1. Knowing you’ve got this.

2. That the world’s your oyster and tipped in your favour.

3. And taking inspired action.

What gets in the way?

1. Getting in your head about what’s wrong (with you, it, the world)

2. Having imaginary conversations in your head.

3. Doing the things ‘you should’ out of fear.

What would be possible if you did more of the first three? And less of the latter?

Not just in what you’d get done, the value you’d create, but in the way it would feel, and overflow to those around you?

My next masterclass won’t be until September but I’ve opened up slots over the summer to support you energising YOUR leadership - book a call here.

And if you’d like to join my free monthly Community Coaching, register here for July 11th.
